We Are Better Together 🪽
Whether you’re engaging with our content online, participating in our community spaces, or traveling with us, you’re part of a close-knit self-improvement community that celebrates connection, respect, and personal growth, appreciating the beauty of diversity in culture, geography, and personality.
These guidelines apply to all interactions within our community, no matter where or how you engage with us. Whether you’re commenting on Instagram, participating in Discord, watching YouTube, joining a group trip, or interacting on any other platform, these principles remain steadfast and the same. They exist to maintain the wellbeing of our community and ensure that every person feels safe, respected, and embraced.
Every community member is expected to follow these principles to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment. I hold myself and my team to the same high standards and have ZERO tolerance for any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or cruelty. By joining our community, you commit to creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Kindness: Approach every interaction with empathy and consideration. Always choose actions that lead to kindness and positive outcomes for all.
Respect: Whether online, on social media, or in person, respect others’ boundaries and personal differences.
Mindfulness: Be intentional with your words and actions. We’re here to uplift one another, never to tear each other down.
Accountability: Your actions impact others. Take full responsibility for your choices and behavior.
Inclusivity: Come as you are and allow others to do the same.
Curiosity: If you find yourself feeling defensive about the guidelines or in interactions with the community, pause and reflect. Consider learning from others who may see the world differently.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR
Harassment: This includes any form of hate speech, violence, harassment, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, body image, or other identities.
Discrimination: Any discrimination, especially based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability, is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Violations: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share overly personal information about others without their consent. Do not share screenshots of private conversations. Do not violate anyone’s boundaries. If unsure, always get explicit consent first.
Violence: No form of violence, threats of violence, or aggressive behavior toward anyone will be tolerated, no matter how it is expressed.
Illegal Activities: Promoting or engaging in illegal activities is not permitted.
Harmful Content: Sharing, displaying, or creating content that aims to harm the mental, physical, or financial well-being of others is not allowed.
Spam and Solicitation: Excessive self-promotion, spam, or unsolicited commercial solicitations are not permitted without prior approval.
Impersonation: Do not impersonate me, my team, or other community members.
Misinformation: Do not deliberately spread false or misleading information that could cause harm.
GUIDELINE PROTOCOL
Transparency, with safety first. I believe in open, honest communications, but never at the cost of your wellbeing. My team and I will strive to understand every perspective if anything goes wrong or seems to breach guidelines. We reserve the right to investigate incidents thoroughly if necessary.
No one is perfect, and mistakes happen. When guidelines are violated, I aim to encourage growth and learning where appropriate. We reserve the right to explore probationary protocol in the wake of lesser community guideline violations when appropriate. The safety of our community members is our highest priority, and decisions will always be made with everyone’s best interests at heart.
I hope that our community chooses empathy and personal growth if and when approached about a guideline violation. However, if you feel uncomfortable with these standards, or plan to violate any of our guidelines, our community is not the right fit for you.
CONSEQUENCES
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, consequences may include:
- Warning and education
- Temporary suspension from community spaces
- Permanent removal from community spaces
- Removal from group trips with no refund
- Blocking or banning from social media platforms
- Legal action if necessary
We reserve the right to remove anyone from our community spaces, events, or trips at any time for violating these guidelines.

All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality to the extent possible.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES FOR GROUP TRIP PARTICIPANTS
If you’re joining us on a group trip, the following additional guidelines apply to ensure the safety and comfort of all travelers:
TRIP-SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
Personal Spaces: Do not enter personal spaces (hotel rooms, private accommodations, barred areas, etc.) without permission. Always respect physical boundaries.
Weapons: No guns, firearms, or weapons of any kind are allowed on trips.
Substance Use: Be mindful and responsible with alcohol consumption. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Do not pressure others to interact with anything they’re not comfortable with.
Punctuality: Respect the group’s time by being punctual for scheduled activities and transportation.
Safety First: Follow all safety instructions provided by trip leaders, local guides, and venue staff. Do not engage in reckless behavior that could endanger yourself or others.
Cultural Sensitivity: When traveling to different locations, respect local customs, traditions, and laws. Be a respectful representative of our community.
Group Dynamics: Remember that you’re part of a group. Be considerate of others’ needs, preferences, and comfort levels. Not everyone will want to participate in every activity, and that’s okay.
Financial Responsibility: Honor all financial commitments related to the trip. Respect shared expenses and contribute fairly when appropriate.
TRIP-SPECIFIC CONSEQUENCES
In severe instances involving safety concerns, severe harassment, illegal activity, or criminal activity, immediate removal from the trip will occur without warning. In addition, we reserve the right to involve local authorities and pursue legal action when appropriate. Our top priority is to preserve the safety and experiences of all participants during the trip.
Thank you for being part of our community and for helping us create a space where everyone can grow, connect, and thrive together.
