I am a creator and educator, dedicated to the art of self-evolution through cultivating mind, body, and spirit. My material lies in the intersection of wellness, beauty, and lifestyle optimization, where I take a research-backed, result-first approach to translate identity change, somatic regulation, and behavioral design into practical tools that produce visible outcomes.
My work is built on a simple premise: Our lives are ruled by our belief systems, and a life well-lived is also a life intentionally designed. I teach body, mind and spirit-based awareness and practices, because lasting transformation happens when the body, the nervous system, and self-concept are trained holistically. A “glow-up” without identity engineering only remains skin-deep. Cognitive reframes without somatic work don’t hold. Somatic practices without behavioral architecture don’t scale.
I get what it’s like to start over from rock bottom and build back to solid ground, having done the same at multiple points in my life. Careers, identity, physical and mental health, self-concept, relationships, moving to 4 different countries, traveling to over 50 countries. Growth requires the flexibility and resolve to leave our comfort zones and say, “I deserve a better life”. I’ve dug myself out of the trenches as a survivor, and understand the undertaking to grow from dysfunctional autopilot to intentional reconstruction.
Stoic Angels is my community ecosystem that includes memberships, retreats, an expanding product line, and resources specifically designed for people who take their personal development seriously.
I’ve built a multi-platform presence by staying true to what I know actually helps people: Straightforward guidance, transparent conversations, and practical methods for navigating various life transitions. My work is for people who are ready to do the work, who want frameworks and authenticity, over sugarcoated fluff and pep talks that only address superficial symptoms and not excavate the underlying cause.

Mae began cultivating her interdisciplinary approach through academia, as the holder of dual degrees from Parsons School of Design (#1 in the US for art and design, QS World University Rankings 2025) with a B.F.A. in integrated design and B.A. in psychology. To transcend a difficult upbringing, she moved halfway across the globe to New York alone at 16 to attend the University, being amongst the youngest to do so, and then graduated from the five-year dual degree program in only 3.5 years. But her real education came from practicing what she preaches.
The various redirections that Mae faced in her professional life ultimately laid the groundwork towards finding evolution and greater purpose. From winning Vogue Italia’s global design competition and presenting at Milan Fashion Week as a Sophomore, to assisting at high fashion houses for very little pay, and at times, sleeping on factory floors in New York’s Garment District. After facing numerous rejections, Mae’s grind in the fashion world came to a close after quitting her shoe design job at Yeezy on the first day. Her journey of growth led to the health and wellness spaces, working multiple jobs assisting various thought leaders by day, DJ by night. Eventually, Mae grew into her role as a live music and nightlife executive, organizing and promoting thousands of concerts and parties in New York. Years of working in chaotic, high-pressure club environments had inadvertently served her well as practical field research for navigating complex social dynamics. Mae honed her craft in reading energies while facilitating all types of personalities. Her achievements gained recognition in the music world, earning press from The New York Times, Pitchfork, and Billboard. Despite her dedication, the veneers of these glamorous industries eventually eroded, unmasking years of chronic burnout which culminated into a divinely orchestrated rock bottom.
Her greatest blessing in disguise was the unique opportunity to start over and re-emerge from the ashes, as Mae alchemized the lowest period of her life into healing, creating her method, and then embodying it. As a result, she went from rock bottom to building her own six-figure business in a year. Mae also amassed a dedicated audience of over half a million on her platforms in less than 18 months, because her message fills a void that diet and self-help cultures can’t touch; Theory meets praxis, and praxis wins every time.
The same system that created financial stability and emotional regulation also transformed her body. After a lifetime of personal struggles dealing with all-or-nothing dysfunction, including time spent in and out of rehabilitation for food-related binge-restriction cycles, Mae eventually healed her relationship with food and lost 45 pounds of unwanted weight in six months, and then kept it off through the identity reconstruction method that she came to develop during her period of rebuilding.
Today, Mae is professionally trained as a life coach, fully dedicating herself to researching the psychology of transformation, the neuroscience of behavior change, and somatic practices. Her personal work as a Creator has been featured in outlets such as Vogue Australia, Business Insider, i-D Magazine, Newsweek, amongst others. Today, she continues to inspire millions, with thousands of students in her Stoic Angels community.
